Terms and Conditions
Pricing is per week, VAT included. Additionally 2eur per person per day for local tax. Children up to 14 years exempted from local tax.

We will miss you, if you can’t come! We will try our best to find replacement for you. If it is not possible, unfortunately, we have to invoice you:
90 days before arrival: 25 %
up to 60 days: 40 %
up to 30 days: 60 %
up to 14 days: 100%
Kids
We are blessed with kids on our own. We know how small things can ease live with kids. If desired we can support you with a crib and a high chair.
